The villa can sleep up to 10 people and is for rental all year round. The property is brand new and is located on the exclusive resort of Cumbrian Lakes, a private gated community of luxury homes, lakes and ponds. Many of the world's most popular theme parks and attractions are a short distance away and Disney is a magical 15 minutes away! The local supermarket, restaurants and shops are 5 minutes from Cumbrian Lakes. Orlando International Airport is a 35-minute drive. There's plenty to see and do in central Florida and Cumbrian Lakes is close to it all! The villa is in a beautiful setting and backs onto a park with a children's play area .The private 34ft pool faces west and is fully screened with a beautiful waterfall feature. The pool can be illuminated for nighttime swimming. There is a large decking area with patio furniture and an adjacent pool bathroom. There is also a static BBQ for your convenience .The pool heater is available at additional cost. The villa is tastefully furnished and consists of 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, there is a king size bed in the master bedroom and the en suite has a huge walk in shower and beautiful corner bath! The queen bedroom and a twin bedroom have a Jack and Jill bathroom. The second twin bedroom has an adjacent bathroom. There is a TV in each bedroom. The house is child friendly and is equipped with cot, bedding, high chair etc. There is a large living area with satellite TV, video, DVD, radio, and CD system. A breakfast nook with four place settings overlooks the pool area there is also a formal dining area with six place settings. The property is fully air conditioned/centrally heated, there is a telephone for local calls and there is a maid service available. Chill out in the fully A/C games room, which has a full size pool table, TV and playstation , child friendly darts and table soccer ! The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate laundry area with a washer, dryer, iron and board.
